Ibiza’s Pikes Hotel, named after its founder and general 24-hour party person Tony Pike, is set to reopen this year on May 20th as the Ibiza Rocks House at Pikes.
The 25-room boutique hotel has been completely restored under the management and direction of live music promoters Andy McKay and Dawn Hindle, also the dual driving force behind the Ibiza Rocks and Mallorca Rocks brands.

“Ibiza Rocks is the only brand that could have handled the responsibility of rebirthing such a legendary boutique sanctuary to a new audience seeking an exclusive, intimate, private, prestigious and luxury experience from their time on the island,” states McKay, “whilst still delivering for the loyal lovers of Pikes who hold their memories of their time there in such high regard.

Ibiza Rocks will return in 2007.  Ibiza rocks format has been to bring live indie / rock music to the clubbing mecca of Ibiza.   in 2007 Bar M will again be the intimate beachside open air venie.

The Ibiza Rocks promoters are not ready to announce who will be playing but they are busy signing up new talent and some of the biggest bands around.   They promise more live music than ever before and with at least 1 gig per week from late June to Mid September.

Keane complete the line-up of this year’s Ibiza Rocks gig season, it has been revealed.
The three-piece join a bill that includes MGMT and Dizzee Rascal, being set to play live at the Ibiza Rocks Hotel on the island on July 14.
Calvin Harris has joined the bill for this year’s Ibiza Rocks gig series.
Taking place throughout the summer, the line-up for this year’s Ibiza Rocks includes The Ting Tings, The Enemy, Dizzee Rascal and Vampire Weekend.
Harris will play on the Balearic island on July 7.
The soul legend will play the ‘We Love… Space’ night at the Space superclub on August 9 on the Balearic island.
The gig is being billed as a celebration of the 15th birthday of Jones’ record label, Wall Of Sound. Also set to appear on the night are Aeroplane, Ocelot and Lottie.
‘We Love… Space’ takes place at the club every Sunday from June 14 to September 27, running from 4.30pm – 6.30am (CEST).
Also slated to appear throughout the summer are The Chemical Brothers, Hot Chip, 2manydjs, Felix Da Housecat and Miss Kittin.

Ibiza Rocks returns to Ibiza for their third season rocking up the dancing mecca of Ibiza.   This year promises to be bigger than ever with Arctic Monkeys and Kasabian lined up to play the intimate Bar M beachside venue with its 700 capacity.

Other acts to play include the View, Fratellis, LCD Soundsystem CSS and The Enemy it will all be hosted by Radio 1 DJ Zano Lowe.   Sony Ericsson will again sponsor the events.
